With so many devices charging at once, how do you ensure electrical safety and prevent fire hazards?
Safety is the bedrock of our design. The cabinet is made of flame-retardant materials and incorporates multiple circuit protections: each charging bay has independent over-current, over-voltage, over-temperature, short-circuit, and leakage protection. If any anomaly occurs, power to that bay cuts off within 0.1 seconds. The cabinet is also equipped with an intelligent temperature-controlled fan and overheat protection system — when temperatures approach the threshold, cooling accelerates; if exceeded, the entire unit shuts down to eliminate thermal runaway risk at the source. The whole machine is CE-certified and can be used with confidence in high-density settings such as schools and factories.
Is the charging fast? Is it compatible with all phone brands and models?
Fully compatible. Each bay integrates an adaptive fast-charging module supporting up to 20W / 30W PD fast charging, with broad compatibility across mainstream fast-charging protocols from Apple, Huawei, Xiaomi, OPPO, vivo and more. We use built-in cables with over-current protection (optional 2-in-1 USB-C & Lightning cable), eliminating the hassle of users bringing their own. More importantly, we deliver “true fast charging under full load” — even when all bays are occupied, total power is not throttled or shared, ensuring every device charges at its fastest possible speed, maximizing turnover efficiency.
Can it be managed remotely? Is it complicated for employees or students to use?
- Management is extremely simple, and usage is a one-step process.
For administrators: Through a web-based management backend, you can remotely view the real-time status of each bay (idle / charging / full / faulty), unlock doors remotely, set free or paid time slots, and even assign fixed bays to specific individuals. All anomalies trigger proactive alerts, eliminating the need for dedicated on-site supervision.
For users: Unlock using a PIN code, fingerprint, or facial recognition, then plug in to charge, close the door and walk away. No need to download an app or follow any accounts — fully self-service, done in 10 seconds with zero learning curve. If the network is unstable, administrators can use backup passwords or a mechanical key for emergency access.
